1. Promotion Overview
This promotion (“Giveaway”) is organised by LuxeGlo Medical Aesthetics (“the Promoter”) to celebrate the official launch of its flagship clinic. A total of AUD $1,000,000 worth of aesthetic treatments will be allocated to eligible LuxeGlo members under the terms below.

2. Eligibility

• The Giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years and over.

• Participants must become a LuxeGlo member under a 2-year membership plan (Elegance, Prestige, Opulence, or Elite tier).

• Each participant may register once only and must complete the required membership agreement.

• LuxeGlo staff, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Membership Requirement

• To qualify for the complimentary treatment(s), members must remain active for the full 24-month membership term.

• Weekly membership payments are processed automatically via LuxeGlo’s approved payment platform (e.g., Fresha or Stripe).

• Memberships automatically renew at the end of the 2-year term unless cancelled in accordance with the Membership Terms & Conditions.

4. Complimentary Treatments and Credits

• Complimentary treatment options and their values are listed under each membership tier.

• Monthly LuxeGlo Credits (1 Credit = AUD $1) are issued to each active member and can be redeemed for eligible treatments.

• Unused credits roll over to the following month but expire if not used within 60 days.

• Complimentary treatments are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

• Early cancellation of a 2-year membership will void all complimentary treatments and require repayment of the equivalent treatment value before termination.

• No refunds will be issued for unused credits, treatments, or portions of membership fees.

• LuxeGlo reserves the right to cancel memberships for breach of payment terms or misuse of promotions.

6. Limitations and Conditions

• Promotion is strictly limited to 400 participants.

• Offer valid while spaces last or until the allocated AUD $1,000,000 value is reached.

• All services are subject to medical suitability and consultation with a LuxeGlo clinician.

• LuxeGlo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. Privacy and Data

• Participant information will be collected and used solely for membership and promotional purposes in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

• Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

8. Liability Disclaimer

• LuxeGlo will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in this promotion or use of any treatment, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

• Members must follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by LuxeGlo clinicians.

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.

10. Acceptance
By participating in this Giveaway and joining any LuxeGlo membership tier, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
