At LuxeGlo, we recommend booking your appointment in advance to secure your preferred time.
A confirmation message will be sent prior to your appointment through email and SMS. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all booking details are correct and to notify us of any changes as soon as possible.
We kindly ask all clients to arrive on time to ensure a smooth and personalised experience.

A $50 deposit is required to secure all appointments.
This deposit will be applied toward your total treatment cost on the day of your appointment.
We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Changes made more than 48 hours prior to the appointment are eligible for a full deposit refund.
Please note that for late cancellations or failure to attend (no-show), the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be transferred.
This policy allows us to respect our practitioners’ time and ensure availability for all clients.

If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced to avoid delays for other clients.
Arrivals more than 20 minutes late may need to be rescheduled, and the deposit policy will apply.

Life can be unpredictable, and we’re happy to help you reschedule when needed. To give us enough time to offer your spot to another client, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment.
More than 48 hours’ notice: You can reschedule or cancel at no cost. Within 48 hours: A late cancellation fee of $50 will apply.
Even if reminders aren’t received, we kindly ask that clients take responsibility for attending or notifying us. Thank you for helping us keep things running smoothly for everyone!

We understand that sometimes things come up unexpectedly. However, if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment without notice, a full no-show fee of $150 will apply.
